Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all AICP Professional Development Courses.

  1. AICP professional development courses are delivered online only.

  2. Face-to-face or virtual delivery may be offered from time to time but unless otherwise published on this website, it is not a standard inclusion in any of the online course offerings.

  3. All purchases are final upon payment and no refunds are available unless the course offering is permanently cancelled by AICP.

  4. In the unlikely event that a course start date is delayed, AICP will advise all course participants at the earliest possible time. No refunds are available where a course start date is delayed by less than sixty one days.

  5. Payments other than direct bank deposits will attract a merchant processing fee, which may be in addition to the payee's bank fees.

  6. Participation in an AICP professional development course does not guarantee an RTO's ongoing compliance.

  7. While AICP will provide online access to all course participants, each course participant is responsible for ensuring that they can access the online system.  In the event that a course participant is unable to access the course offering for any reason whatsoever, they should contact AICP immediately. Refunds will not be issued if a course participant is unable to access the course offering.

  8. AICP does not provide IT support, hardware or any other physical resources required to participate or complete any course offering.

  9. All AICP professional development courses are non-accredited courses and course participation certification will be issued as published on this website.

  10. AICP does not ordinarily provide recordings of hosted live webinars.

  11. Information on AICP's accredited RTO Compliance Training is available at www.complianceinstitute.edu.au
